Working as an industrial designer has allowed me to evolve and perfect my skills in designing new machines using the many different technologies and materials available at JOSKIN. The working hours are flexible and allow me to balance my private and professional life.

Within the JOSKIN group, the possibility of evolution is real. In 12 years, I have evolved from factory worker to purchase manager with new challenges every day.

I have been working at JOSKIN for 15 years, in a family atmosphere despite the size of the company, and this with a major advantage: the evolution in my work.

Being familiar with the agricultural world, living in the heart of a border region and enjoying helping others, it was a great opportunity for me to work in the after-sales department of a regional company with an international scope.

I was lucky enough to start my career at JOSKIN right after my studies. After a few years in the factory, I had the opportunity to join the maintenance team, which allowed me to learn a lot. What I like most about this job is the diversity of the work to be done from one day to the next.

After only a few weeks of work in the IT department, I was already working on big and exciting projects. What more can you dream of after your studies?

What I really like about my job as an internal sales representative is the variety of tasks and the contact with many people. Moreover, the good understanding between colleagues and the conviviality that reigns within the group are a real plus in the daily work.

Directly after my studies, I was hired at JOSKIN to join a young and dynamic team with great colleagues. The projects I work on are very varied and are mostly related to the production management, but also to other departments of the company. So I regularly meet colleagues from other departments and learn from them every day. It is a family business with a management that listens and is approachable.

JOSKIN invests a lot of time in the training of its employees. It is a real pride to represent such an institution in Belgium!

I have been working at JOSKIN for 24 years, so I have seen the company evolve since its beginnings. With more and more sophisticated agricultural machinery, I am constantly learning.
