From now on, it is possible to fit the Silo-SPACE silage trailers with a mechanical drive of the moving floor by P.T.O.-shaft and transmission box.

The main advantage of this system is especially its multifunctionality. There indeed still are less recent tractors that do not have sufficient hydraulic power to drive the motors of the moving floor.

Furthermore, some users rent or share their machine in order to make it more cost-effective: this system prevents thus all risks of mixing oils.

Other advantage: the mechanical drive ensures a moving floor speed above 15 m/min and thus a quick unloading.

The "shredding beaters" option is compatible with the mechanical drive. These are to be connected to the moving floor drive.
