Q-Bigliner

The Belgian company JOSKIN, which is specialized in agricultural trailers as well as in slurry and muck spreaders, extends its range of slurry spreaders with a new series of tankers with a large volume and a high quality.

Another transport tanker, the Tetraliner, has already been presented during the Agritechnica trade fair. Just like this spreader, the Q-Bigliner is intended for transportation on roads and in the fields. These two tankers allow to meet the current requirements of slurry working cycles.

Contractors and operators of biogas plants can be glad of this new product because it can be used in an optimal and advantageous way on mid-long journeys. It can be particularly useful for farmers who drive tankers to containers on the edge of the field on contractors' behalf.

The Q-Bigliner was developed on the basis of the chassis of the Euroliner triple-axle slurry tanker and is fitted with a fixed drawbar (vs. turntable on Tetraliner). One of the particularities of this tanker is its compact and large tank. This tanker is compact because of its large diameter of 2.300mm, which ensures a high maneuverability both when driving forward and reversing.

The Q-Bigliner is standard fitted with a Hydro-Tridem running gear with front lifting axle.

The hydropneumatic drawbar is also part of the standard equipment. This suspension provides the vehicle with outstanding road-holding capacities and even allows to drive at high speed in bends without compromising the stability.

The fixed drawbar ensures a weight transfer onto the back of the tractor both in loaded or unloaded position, which provides a better traction on unstable ground. These vehicles can be fitted with simple wheels (385/65R22.5) up to giant low-pressure tyres (750/60R30,5).

The Q-Bigliner tanks, like all tanks of JOSKIN spreaders, are manufactured according to the EN707 security standard and are therefore fitted with baffles, which prevent any important movement of the transported liquid.

The Q-Bigliner was designed for intensive transport and is not fitted with a pre-equipment for injector or spreading boom. Three models are available: 28.600, 30.200 and 31.800 l.
