On 12th May, the JOSKIN company came to present two muck spreaders (a Tornado3 and a Ferti-SPACE Horizon) and two tankers (a Tetrax2 fitted with a Multi-ACTION injector and an X-Trem with tyres remote inflating control, NIR sensor and the new Solodisc disc injector of 8.25 m) during a demonstration that took place in Merelbeke.

This event, which was organized by the Flemish Department of Agriculture and the ILVO (a research institute), aimed at proving the importance of slurry injecting implements in modern agriculture as well as the best way to get a uniform and well dosed spreading pattern.

Furthermore, the pressure exerted by the machine on the ground was an important point of the programme. The JOSKIN company recommends a tyres remote inflating control in order to limit the ground compaction.
