The much anticipated Grass & Muck event, which was organized by the FTMTA (Farm Tractor and Machinery Trade Association ) on 12 May at Gurteen College, was a tremendous success with a record attendance of nearly 11,000 visitors. The significant efforts of the exhibitors as regards presentation and display resulted in a fantastic visual spectacle, with an impressive array of machines on site. Those present attended ongoing demonstrations throughout the day in the grass, reseeding, silage pit, slurry spreading and farm yard manure spreading areas, as well as visited the numerous trade stands. The JOSKIN Komfort2 slurry tanker fitted with a Penditwist spreading boom took part in these demo days, which took place on more than 300,000 m².
