The 37th edition of the Lamma Show, the biggest British showcase of the agricultural world, just took place on 17th and 18th January in Eastern England, in Peterborough. Just this once, the organizers did things in a big way to live up to their reputation. Even if everything was conscientiously planned to make this Lamma successful, a factor was however not predictable: the weather. It had indeed chosen the edition 2018 to mark the event... After the first day of the trade show, a severe storm crossed the country causing various damages and forcing the organizers to cancel the second and last day of the show.

Even if it was frustrating for everybody, it did not affect this 37th edition. A record of visitors was indeed reached on the first day. Despite the strong wind that was already present, no less than 30,000 visitors had come to attend the event. On site, they could see, next to the various shows and demonstrations of agricultural machinery, the many novelties and technological innovations the 850 exhibitors were presenting. The Joskin company was of course present. Its stand, on which the different machines of its 50th anniversary action were exhibited, as well as some novelties like the Penditwist and Pendislide Basic booms, was very successful.
