High-tech meadow aerators
Very appreciated for its versatility and sturdiness, the EBR4S2 meadow aerator is the starter model of the JOSKIN range of professional implements to aerate small to middle-sized surface areas. It is characterized by its high comfort of use, its complete equipment and the possibility to adjust the work intensity of its tools. It features all the required qualities to provide an appropriate solution to the various damages of medium intensity that can occur on a meadow.
The EBR4S2 is designed to accompany you season after season. The quality of the high tensile steel and the galvanised finish ensure a long lifespan. The high tensile steel also provides an exceptional sturdiness, compactness and lightness. The few painted parts on the machine are coated with a 2K quality paint for a maximal protection through time.
All EBR4S2 aerators are fitted with a quick coupling system with a hitch bar, whose ease of use is particularly appreciated. You just have to couple the hitch bar on the tractor linkage and then lock it in the hitch notches on the aerator, and you are ready to go. It couldn't be easier for a safe hitch in record time!
The work of the EBR4S2 is carried out in 3 steps. The row of 60-cm levelling blades first spreads molehills and then levels the ground. The second row of tools then comes into action. It is fitted with 10-cm spreading paddles on semi-flexible leaves that scrape the animal excrements present in the meadow, but also level molehills and cow dungs on the surface, even on uneven ground. The 3rd tool, a double row of galvanised spring tines, then finishes the work by scraping the surface of the soil to extract the moss and other dead grass. This work allows fresh air to circulate again on the surface, thereby activating the humus formation process.
For more versatility and multiple uses during all seasons, the work intensity of each of the 3 tools on the EBR4S2 can be adjusted independently.
Fitted with a universal basic frame of 2.4 m or 3 m long depending on the model, the EBR4S2 aerators are efficient and compact machines that can go through even the narrowest paths without reaching trees or hedges. In order to keep this compactness, the aerators with a larger working width are fitted with a folding system. Models from 3.6 m include a manual folding system and models from 4.8 m a hydraulic one.
In working position, the EBR4S2 of 4.80 m or wider are also fitted with Ø 360 x 100 mm steel gauge wheels (no puncture possible) as a standard.
All EBR4S2 are standard fitted with various pieces of pre-equipment to easily add many options, either at the time of the order or to be fitted afterwards (even years after the machine left the factory). Among the most interesting options, you can find: electric or air seeders, kits of lights and reflective panels, wider rubber wheels, etc.
