The most important agricultural event of Poland attracted 58.500 visitors: an absolute record! The exhibition took place on a surface area of almost 60.000 sqm.
Like every year, the fair aroused a great interest. On the stands, hundreds of new machines could be discovered, including large-size ones as well as the winners of the international contest "Tractor of the Year 2014"!
During the XXst edition of the International Fair of Agricultural Techniques, 600 exhibitors from United Kingdom, Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, South Corea, Lithuania, Germany, Slovenia, Turkey, Italy and Poland have presented the most modern material needed for agricultural companies.
Their offer has been discovered by more than 58.500 visitors who also could benefit from professional advice of consultants of the most important agricultural institutions. This fair is really the biggest indoor exhibition of Poland and the biggest of the sector ever organized in Kielce.
The fair was officially opened by the Vice-Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mrs. Zofia Szalczyk. On the first day, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Mr. Stanislaw Kalemba visited the exhibition and gave the Minister Cup to the AGRALEX company for its whole activity. Many events accompanied the AGROTECH fair; the most important ones were: the presentation of the Cup of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, that of the prestigious statuette of the "Agricultural Machine of the Year", the finals of the Young Farmers' Olympics as well as specialized conferences.
On the programme, there was, among others, a conference organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development which was entitled: "Possibilities of development and use of renewable energy sources in agriculture and rural areas". Among the visitors, there also was the Vice-Minister of Agriculture of Mongolia. The Polish Chamber of Technology and Natural Products has officialy launched its activity during the fair.
Joskin Polska has exhibited, on a surface area of 520 sqm, 7 machines: a Tetra-SPACE three-way tipping trailer, Modulo2 4000 ME, 8400ME and 12000MEB tankers, a Komfort2 tank of 18000 l fitted with an arable injector as well as two muck spreaders: a Tornado3 and a Siroko.
