Today, poultry farmers are wondering how to use organic waste. The solution is to correctly spread dungs on the ground. This results in a higher output and ground fertility on the long term.

The "JOSKIN" dealer for the South of Russia and North Caucasus, the Altair company, took part, in cooperation with ZAO "Aksayskaya ptitsefabrika" and the "Rostovsky" Agronomic State Centre, in spreading tests organized on experimental fiels of the ООО "Aksayskaya zemlya" company on 02.04.2014.

Altair put the following JOSKIN machines at the "Aksayskaya zemlya" company's disposal: a SIROKO S5010/11V muck spreader, a MODULO2 16000MEB slurry spreader and a PENDITWIST 120/40 RP2 spreading boom.

The tests were carried out by specialists of the technical service and mechanics of the "Altair" group. The tested machines exceeded all expectations: next to the perfect scattering of the organic matter and the uniform distribution of the manure, the JOSKIN equipment also allows to adjust the dose rate.

It can therefore be lowered to the minimum or increased according to the density of the spread matter, which is very important to spread dungs. The specialists of the industrial poultry houses ZAO "Aksayskaya ptitsefabrika" and ООО "Aksayskaya zemlya" emphasized the high quality of the steel used in the manufacturing of the muck spreader (body in HLE steel and galvanization inside and outside, like on slurry tankers). This steel allows an increased life span to the machine. Furthermore, thanks to the removable beaters and the guillotine door, the user can use this spreader to transport manure or other agricultural products.
