Mechanical Vacu-Storm system

one VACUUM pump for filling;
one centrifugal STORM pump for emptying/feeding the rear implement.
These two pumps can be mechanically driven through a PTO-shaft by a reinforced monobloc transmission box. This process grants the performances of a proven system.
The vacuum system (Jurop PN 155 and PNR 155 which offer a flow up to 10,000 l/min), efficiently integrated on the drawbar, creates an atmospheric pressure difference in order to fill the tanker. By creating a vacuum (depression) in the tank, the slurry is sucked up. The addition of a turbo-filler furthermore allows to optimize the filling.
The major advantage of the vaccum pump is to be well suited to all pumping situations (in pit, off-pit, funnel, ...). It brings a large flexibility of use, especially to the contractors.
The centrifugal pump and its housing, ideally placed under the tank, grant a fluid and homo-geneous slurry feeding and reduce the maintenance to a minimum. The stone trap, mounted before the pump, avoids any unnecessary wear. This design also allows a safe and practical access.
The STORM system pushes the slurry out of the pump thanks to the centrifugal power, created by the rotation of a propeller around an eccentric pump housing. The centrifugal pumping system designed by Joskin certainly reaches the highest flows (up to 10,000 l/min). Furthermore, the spread quantities can be easily managed by an electronic flow meter.
For those who pump in difficult situations and wish to spread on large widths or dispose of thick slurries, this is really the ideal combination.
