The 59,000 m² facilities of the Polish factory include different welding lines, half-automatic painting lines and assembly lines. The visitors could therefore discover the behind the scenes of the production of some JOSKIN machines, such as slurry tankers (Modulo2, Tetraliner, Alpina2), muck spreaders (Siroko and Ferti-CAP), dropside tipping trailers (Tetra-CAP, Trans-EX and Delta-CAP), silage trailers and livestock trailers (Betimax).
The Polish factory is known for its galvanizing plant, which is one of the most modern in the world, and the visitors could see the various stages of the galvanization process during the factory tour. Particularly the passage of the machines through the 450°C zinc bath made a strong impression!
For this first edition, the focus was also on the many job opportunities at the JOSKIN factory in Poland. A specific stand was available to give information about the various job vacancies in Trzcianka.
Both the local visitors as well as the many people from Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, the Netherlands or Estonia particularly appreciated the photo booth, the traditional JOSKIN tombola, and going back home with a nice souvenir of these Open Days. Everybody could discover a new aspect of the JOSKIN Group as well as local food from Poland such as the goulash soup, the szarlotka apple cake and the cernik cheesecake! A unique experience that many of them already want to relive!
