Regarding these evolutions, it is our responsibility, as designer and manufacturer, to make sure they are properly used. Next to the spare parts book, the user's manual or even our on-line technical platform, the trainings are becoming increasingly important. That is why JOSKIN is constantly updating them and is offering a successful and appreciated concept to its network. In one year, an increasing number of French and German dealers took part in them. Train the entire network is really one of our priorities.

The trainings given in Belgium, Poland and France were adapted to the latest evolutions and are constantly updated. These intensive courses are aimed at both sales representatives and technicians/engineers. Specific programmes on some machines are even prepared upon request, for an essential update or a comprehensive learning. Programme:
• Joskin Academy's "students" can benefit from the facilities at their disposal, like the showrooms allowing to look at the tens of exhibited machines. But the participants will especially benefit from the sharing of knowledge our specialists have gained for almost half a century.
• First of all, a factory tour (e.g. the main Belgian site extends over more than 65,000 m²) allows to grasp the concept of quality at Joskin. The attention to detail during the development and manufacturing process proves the group's seriousness and clever know-how.
• In order to help our dealers improving their knowledge on the JOSKIN range and guiding the customer in the best possible way in his purchase decision, theoretical and practical courses are given using machine demos and didactic tools.
This investment in trainings is essential to guarantee the seriousness and abilities of our network. Furthermore, it allows to improve the lifetime, efficiency and use of the JOSKIN material.
